White-Tailed Deer Fawn, Odocoileus virginianus (captive).Taken at Minnesota Wildlife Connection, Sandstone, Minnesota.
Had a great trip! Came back with over 7,300 images; editing and a crazy month of July has really set me back so I apologize for my lack of commenting.

Hard enough to capture this little one running at what appears to be full speed (but you captured the action perfectly) - but then you catch him in a beautiful field of wildflowers with lovely light (down to the catchlight in his eye!)
