Each time I walked past the bandstand at the 8th Annual Car Show and Street Festival last weekend in South Philly, this man, ALL ALONE, was dancing his heart out. He was always the only dancer, and he was always CLEARLY having a GREAT time--perhaps the TIME of his LIFE!
