Hi, Kiki! Thanks for stopping by. I was in a pet store when I took this photo. I doubt this bird would last an hour under the same roof as Riley... :/
As for the title, in America, people who are overweight and/or out of shape might eventually reach a point where they say, "It's time to hit (visit) the gym!" #10658718

What does he exercise to? "Sweatin' to the Birdies?" HeeHee...

I never liked that VHS title "Sweating To The Oldies." It made me realize that it's slightly possible that I am not a kid anymore. Whaaaaaaaaa!
