This photo just epitomizes the arrival of Spring.

You know, it's not happening just yet in Philadelphia, but we also have a Japanese Tea Garden in our Fairmount Park, and it looks almost exactly like this, but a couple weeks later.

Our Cherry Blossom Festival begins this Friday, but it may be premature. #10639844
