No Kite surfers yesterday so I took what I could get.
Which turned out to be a fairly cooperative Brown Pelican. He was fishing & sitting atop the Piling you see between dives. I took managed a few shots that I thought interesting of his activities. So for all you Pelican lovers enjoy my last few posts .... Did not notice the cloud location till I got it on the Mac ..
Still searching for the GOOD BY SHOT !!!

Perfect timing on this one - looks like this big guy swallowed a stray cigar butt! Our Buckeyes pulled it off once again, but the next one will be a BIG challenge! #10632281

Excellent capture and timing on this pelican image, Jack!! Your gallery is so interesting a full of such a variety of special images. Your photos are better than you give yourself credit for. I may never make it to your corner of the world so I find your photos wonderful. I'm sorry I didn't make the time to comment more often.

I live in Victoria, BC and this year we had brown pelicans here which is totally unusual.
I haven't seen them yet myself, only photographs. Hope I haven't missed my opportunity as it sounds like they are going to be moved south.

I pray you don't leave BP as you are such a great contributor to the good experiences here. You will be missed if you do go!!! I was always pleased to receive a comment from you.

Happy Easter and Happy Shooting, Jack!!!
