Hi Mare, Carolyn and Jack! The BG is really my entry way. It has a ton of color...then I used the lasso tool in Adobe PSE7 to change only the BG out with an effect there. THEN while it was still singled out I used the frac filter on the BG, too! Ha! I will add a photo in a minute of the background without the Fractalius Filter.

P.S. I have Burgundy Walls in that area of the house. The PURPLE that came up and out into the stripes was actually from my Halloween costume.
