Hi Mary Beth, Thank you so much...I was on the hunt for wildflowers...there weren't that many on this trail, but this beautiful skeleton made my day. #10616140Tammy Espino March 19, 2013

Thanks Tammy & Colette....this Park, White Tank Mountain, is about 25 minutes from our house and my favorite place to hike.....Great trails...once in a while a deer or two, javalina, lizards, ground squirrels, hawks, ravens and yes, snakes....I keep looking for them to get another shot...but they really don't want to see us...sadly we don't have any burros or wild mustangs...have to come your way Tammy....You both have a great day!Patrick Rouzes March 20, 2013
Beautiful clarity, scene and mood, Patricia!Patricia A. Casey March 20, 2013

I never realized the Saguaro had such a woody skeleton. Lovely scene, nice lighting and great composition Patricia! #10623259Patricia A. Casey March 25, 2013
Hi Dee....Thank you....yes the saguaro is an amazing tree/plant....I just love them...I was on the hunt for poppies and wildflowers...but I don't think this area had enough rain to make a good season this year....but there's is always something to see & shoot in this Park.... #10623412Nadia Paul March 26, 2013
What beautiful country Patricia - beautifully composed and captured! Welcome back - hope the fair was a success! #10625000Patricia A. Casey March 30, 2013
Hi Nadia....yes the fair was wonderful..our photography club had an increase of 33% over the same Fair last Spring....which was very gratifying...all the hard work paid off..we really have a very professional looking booth now to show off our photographers' work...and we have new members in the club who are participating that are wonderful photographers....Thank you for your kind words about the photo...I notice no EP...but then again...I'm never disappointed, just confused...I wish I knew what the criteria is for these selections...oh well...sometimes I think a machine is looking at these and really doesn't know photography...but is programmed for certain things...just a thought....anyway....I hope your preparations for your journey are going well... #10635095Robert R.
