Kody's last day, a very sad day

Description

This was taken this morning before Kody's final trip to the vet. She had spent the last week not wanting to get up & the last 2 days not eating or drinking, she had kidney failure & her tongue had broken out in ulcers. We were packed to go away this arvo in our van with family & I thoughgt if we didn't go now we'd never go. The van is empty without her. She was 19yr & 6 months yesterday. She'll be missed so much.Lens aperture f3.2, shutter speed 1/8 sec, focal length 4mm, ISO 800.

Thank you all so much. We are having a very sad time in the van without her. We keep looking for her & moving things out the way to make it easy for her to get around!! We have only been in a van twice without her to see how we handled it & then we took her every-time except once she wouldn't go as my cousins were going with us. Kody looked at all their belongings in the van & went back in the house to bed. Everyone was laughing but her!! We have a lot of good times to remember. I just sent you a mail and am still sobbing. I don't have the words past what I sent you just now on e-mail. Except to agree with the others that you gave Kody such a great life filled with love and fun and friendship and pampering.

You were such a blessing for each other. Dale and I still laugh and then have tears when we remember Lucky and Pookey. I had a good cry over Lucky again today and he passed 2 years ago in May.

Well we are home from our lonely caravan holiday. I did manage to laugh a couple of times, like when my cousin cut all the locks off his new caravan only to then find out he was using the wrong keys. One day I saw a soap shape in the sink that made me think of Kody watching me, hopefully I can put it here for you to see. Thanks again everyone.... #10610071
