What a special man to go around and try to bring beauty to the city. And what a wonderful artist he is. Love the way that he set this up, cute and adorable along with the God Bless sigh. You did a fabulous job of bringing his work to light with this beautiful picture Michelle. Bless both of you my friend. #10522517

This was just one of many "features" in a vacant lot in a blighted neighborhood in Philadelphia. Dennis, the man who single-handedly had taken charge of decorating the street (murals honoring a murdered friend, holiday theme painting of hydrants, abandoned doorways, alleys, etc) gave us a quick tour of his "work."
The photo was taken in March of 2012.
