The Lady Barbara
Description: This photo of two shrimpers was taken this last Monday morning in the harbor of Oriental, NC. What makes the photo interesting is that just a couple of hours later, The Lady Barbara sunk. It had been docked here as it underwent mechanical repairs. The cause of its demise is still under investigation. Don't worry, we were well removed from the area when it sunk and HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT'S TRAGEDY. I did get a few neat close-ups of its nets and tackle which I will share soon.
