Valparaiso, Chile is quite unique in the ways in which its architecture has coped with the problems presented by its topography. I was also fascinated by its small and rather fragile looking "elevator" (funicular) that we see negotiating the hillside in this shot. Lens: Tamron 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3 VC.

Exif: F Number: 11, Exposure Bias Value: -0.67, ExposureTime: 1/400 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 250, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 140.00 mm, Model: NIKON D7000
