Thanks for the compliment Randy they are appreciated. I went over to your site your picture titled halloween fun is going to give me nightmares for a while. I really liked the picture titled sisters and friends.(i hope your daughter appreciate what a great photographer you are) you are lucky they like each other I have 3 sisters that will not speak to each other. I am hoping it is just a phase but as you get older it just complicates things, oldest sister is 56.

if you ever get a chance to shoot the glacier calving, the way I do it is to close my eyes and listen because you can find it faster then with scaning with your eyes. this picture is the 3rd of 19 pictures taken in 16 seconds that I took of this particular fall. I was on a big cruise one of the higher balcony's. I would have to guess that the fall was close to 500 feet it is amazing. another tip I will give you if you go on a cruise try to get the first balcony in the front of the ship that way your pictures will not have a wake from the ship in them. anyways you have some great pictures on your site.

have a great day
