I did not have any snow in the area for Lesson #5, but I do now, so I am using the snow as a base to show extreme contrasts. This photo was taken tripod mounted with cable release, using a grey cloth for metering. Additionally the photo was taken in Aperture Priority, F29, to get maximum DofF. It was taken under a heavy cloud layer. In post processing I used layers to maintain a good balance between the detail in the snow and to holding the color of the berries. Some cloning was performed to clean up the background. This would be a modified solution #1.

Exif: F Number: 29, ExposureTime: 20000/100000 seconds, ISO: 200, FocalLength: 60.00 mm, Model: NIKON D300
