While making a stop in rural New Zealand we encountered this workshop and the owner agreed to let me take a few images

Thanks to all for such nice comments. The reason I found this was because we had stopped to take a picture of a sign that offered "bacon bones" for sale and I'd never heard of that. :o) #10472223

LOL! Your guess is as good as mine Patricia. I think it has to do with the way New Zealanders trim the meat. Bacon is from near the ribs (I think) or the back (don't know) so I guess whatever bones are with them, they sell.
