Wonderful capture. Looks as though there is only one wing on the eagle out on the limb. It also looks weirdly outstretched. Puzzling catch. #10464999

Hi Michelle, this was the very first image after deciding to takeoff by the eagle. The image before is both eagles sitting on the branches. The next image after this is the eagle with wings out. Both taken with the Canon 1D X at 12 fps and the Canon 600mm lens on a wimberly head. This image is just possibly the result of shooting at 12 fps and what it shows as being different at that shutter speed. I am going to try to upload the other two images I am refering to.
