Description

Mary! You were right! This just in from the Handy Cam!

Rex is in fact in Drumheller and apparently he found his Mama!

LOOK HOW HAPPY HE IS!!!

Can you believe the size of her?
That is ONE BIG DOG!

Well, they look so happy there together that I think I better leave well enough alone.

And now I will get a good nights sleep...
(Down At The Shelter For The Homeless!)

A Happy Ending For Rex!

P.S. Someone said he was with a big Red Dog.
Laura Lee...You might be in luck!

You simply ARE the STORY TELLER, SSSLaura.
Even without the story this image tells a story of its own.
A VERY well composed image with marvelleous colors, depth and clarity.
P.S. I hope you entered this one too. You got my vote!! #1502258

I didn't enter it Sis. Maybe I should have...Eek! :D

I had fun putting Mama's head in there. I also added trees and got rid of roofs of s couple of buildings in the BG. It wasn't an easy task.

Thanks for being such a great support to me.

Big Hugs!

Laura, what can anyone of us say here, your just a fun person to see images and enjoy your stories. Do you really keep these as pets, lol #10455042

Pom, I'm so happy when relatives are finally reunited! My only concern for Rex and his Mama is, when they tried to hug each other with those dinky arms, Mama might have leaned too far foward and accidentally snapped his head off! (Shudder.)
The praying-mantis female, by comparison, does head chomping on purpose after "gettin' jiggy" with her mate. But...I'm getting off-point here, Pom...
Scott asked why I was laughing as I typed, and I explained that you're the catalyst for so much humor on the bp site. He then saw your DD work for the reunited pair, and had a big grin on his face. See how your cheerful pebble in the pond spreads around the world? So glad to know you!!

What a great image cousin Laura! Love the comp. Just how tall are they? #10462024

Stan- I used to have the "little" one but he ran away. :( But it was a very happy ending as you can see!

Mare- You crack me up. Lol...What is it with those tiny arms of theirs anyway? I know what you mean! In person we'd be horrified but then we'd look at the arms and giggle. Lol...God has a funny sense of humor. Ha!!!!! MAN is still KING!

Chris- Did it bring a tear to your eye? It did mine. Of course I did have the window open and we are downwind from a cattle ranch, so...Well, never mind.

Cousin Alex! Ohhhhhh they are big. Way bigger than my last dogs. Amazing really!

Well...It's back down to the Inhumane Society later today to see what other animals I might be able to help. :D Last time I was there picking out REX, I saw these cute little mice. Funny however. They had wings and big teeth. I bet our cat "Fang" would get a hoot out of chasing those mice around the house at night?

Do you think??

Bye for now. Wish me luck!

Oh wow! It's always a pleasure to visit your gallery in as much as it transports us to a world beyond the boundaries of time. I sure hope you were using a tele and safely hidden cause Rex, after having found Mama, would now search for a delicious snack. Greqt story indeed Laura. #10462272

Gosh, I would have been back sooner but Rey was right!!!

REX turned on me right after his Mama did!!! Yikes. It has taken me this long to get back (to what is left of my) home.

I had to take the "bush" route. (Hiding in scrubs and bushes and trees as I ran WEST!) Whew!

Oh well. At lease he and his mom stopped searching for me at about Strathmore, Alberta. I doubt they will be back.

If I see giant nostrils at my windows I will know they had a better sense of smell than I thought!! Hmmmmmmm...Maybe I'd better Google it?

Thanks Rey, Wm and Patricia! :)
