Jumping for Joy

Description

f/4, 1/320, ISO 500, Daylight WB taken at 6pm as the sun was setting here. 24-105mm This is one of my neighbours and it took allot of jumps to get one I was happy with. I found when trying to shoot action and making sure I didn't just use continuous shooting mode. It took allot of practice using one shot. And it appeared I had to press the shutter button just before the moment, otherwise I missed it. I used my centre Af point, which I'm assuming is best in this situation as well but it was hard to keep it on such a moving target.
I shoot at allot of the sports carnival and I always just use the continuous method, so this was challenging.

Exif: F Number: 4, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/320 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 500, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 47.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 5D Mark II
