This sweet little girl was at a Renaissance Fair. This chicken was clearly her pet and wasn't going to be part of any meal.

Such an appealing expression you have captured here, Mitch. I think she takes her responsibility for her pet very seriously. The light is just lovely the way it kisses her freckles-sprinkled nose and illuminates her hand cradling the chicken. Very nice. Favorite. #1499246
