Description

Trees in the Yosemite Valley shrouded in mist made the scene very interesting. Converted to B&W withNIK Silver Efex Pro 2. A subtle amount of green brushed back in.

Gary, congrats on this POTD! It was a beautiful view that morning, but not thrilling light. But you made it work! I like the placement of the clouds, and how the two horizontal bands compliment upward-pointing trees.

The Nik conversion was well done - just enough contrast and clarity added, and subtle use of toning.
