One of two Balloons from Arizona with the Arizona's Iconic Figure the Saguaro Cactus. I don't know who the owner is as it is not a special shape and not photographed on the web page for the Fiesta. I have seen them fly here in the Valley of the Sun/Phoenix area. There is a large gondola...so rides were being given in this balloon.
