Abandoned
Description: The mining camp at Silver Lake high above Silverton, Colorado was abandoned in the 1920s when the price of silver plummeted. Building materials and supplies which had been transported to the camp via aerial tramway were all left behind. A few buildings remain standing in this modern day ghost town.
