Parker Through-truss Span
Uploaded: October 26, 2012
Taken from the Peace Bridge Customs Plaza ... just before crossing the border from the U.S. into Canada.
The Peace Bridge connects the City of Buffalo, New York, in the United
States to the Town of Fort Erie, Ontario, in Canada.
Part of the bridge is the Parker through-truss span which goes over
the Black Rock Canal on the American side of the Niagara river.
The rest of the Bridge consists of 5 arched spans,
... but unfortunately, were not viewable from this site.
Happy Friday everyone!!!!! :)

Cool Travel Entry seems almost deserted compared to the Bridge from Detroit to Windsor. Which has got to be the most insane boarder crossing in the WORLD...Jack #10384865

Wonderful view of this link between the US and Canada. Great series sharing with us all the amazing US-Canada border sights that most people miss during their visits to your great Country. Would love to visit again someday and be more aware next time. You've captured this in such beautiful weather with those billowing clouds. So inspirational Lorna. #10385832Lorna Shutter October 27, 2012
