Thank you Mette - I was actually underground in the observation area, and not underwater. This is one of the aquariums in Monterey California. They have a fantastic jelly fish exhibit- there is a picture of it in my gallery if you are interested. I highly recommend visiting the Monterey Aquarium. The only better one I've ever been to is at Atlantis in Nassau. -G #123562

Nice shot, Gunther. My favorite aquarium! Did you see the batfish (orange starfish-looking creature) over by the ray pool? My favorite is the anchovy tank. Can't wait to get back to Monterey again just to visit the aquarium with a better digital camera! I took all my shots last trip with a dinky 1.3mp POS digicam, so the better shots are really unusable for anything but the web.
