The term "back end" is the name given the far end of the carnival lot where all of the shows and rides are located. It is the object of attention and draws customers from the gate and past all other attractions. Since childhood I've been intrigued by the night scenes at the carnival. The eye-catching lights are constantly changing and are further enhanced by the movement of the ride producing a unique dynamic display.

Each spring and fall the carnival comes to town.
