Very interesting and appropriate image for "shadows" for the challenge Jeff. What was this a part of? #1491334Jeff E Jensen October 10, 2012
Thanks, Dale!I'm gonna let the gang place their guesses on what this is. . . #10363373

Very nice for the challenge! :~) I like that you chose to highlight the shadows instead of the actual coil. I wish it was just one continuous concrete slab...would have made it even stronger without all the interupting lines, but looks like the bolted it down pretty good and you probably would have gotten arrested taking it apart and moving it! lol My guess is going to be a bike rack. #10363776Michael Kelly October 10, 2012
Very strong shadow which I like on this image. The observation by Aimee of a solid BG is valid, but it still comes off well. If it were not for the bracket I would say it was a roll of drip line pulled out, but the bracket troughs that off so I have no idea. #10363871Elaine Hessler October 10, 2012
I was going to guess bike rack too. I like how this is so out of context it could be many things. Keeps us guessing. #10364404Jeff E Jensen October 10, 2012
Thanks, all!Aimee and Elaine are right, this is a bike rack outside of the aquarium in Atlanta. #10364523

I think removing the lines in the concrete would make it a stronger picture. I wouldn't have guessed a bike rack though! #10364722Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
