Cow Cutting Action

Description

Cow cutting competition involves extreme eye contact between the coy and the cow. The cowboy tries to figure out which way the cow will turn to get back with the herd, and then cues his horse in that direction. The horse also has eye contact with the cow, and changes leads fast with its front legs. With a good cow and horse, the action becomes fast and interesting to watch. A lot of good cutting horses are bred with built in cow sense.
