Description

This is a portion of the pathway that leads up the hillside from the Schuylkill River, past the historical Water Works, to the top of the bluff (Fair Mount) on which the Philadelphia Museum of Art (the "Rocky Balboa" steps) now stands.
----
The views at every stop along this path are nothing short of breathtaking. Go there if you can! You will not regret it.
