Bowling Ball Beach

Uploaded: September 17, 2012

Description

L&N The "bowling balls" are called concretions, which are made up of far more resilient material than the Cenozoic mudstone that once surrounded them. Erosion created the cliffs and these spheres. I do not advise going there in the dark or with a tripod unless perhaps you are young and very sure footed.
