Athabasca Falls Jasper Alberta Canada....some snags caught on the falls...probably the next big rain or spring melt they'll go over the edge. Watched to see if they would move with this water....come back next year to see!

Oh my Athabasca Falls was the most thunderous falls I've ever heard or been so close to....I'll have to post the photo of the "do not cross" ribbon at one of the overlooks..the water was right up against the platform and suspended over the river...so perhaps too much weight or fear that someone might fall in....there would be no surviving..... #10328246

I'd like to go back to this spot next year to see if they get pushed over (LOL)...they probably will not be there with the volume of water in the spring melt....even in August there was so much water over these falls....it was mesmerizing..... #10332289
