"Sunday Outing" Description: Picture taken at the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome in Rhinebeck, New York.1919 Ford Model T Speedster. From 1908 through 1927 15,000,000 Model T Fords were produced. This vehicle made the Ford name forever famous. Henry Ford used the assembly line method of manufacture that revolutionized the automobile industry and paid his workers a $5.00 per day minimum wage which was considered quite high for the times. The list price for a brand new "T" in 1909 was $850. There are more Model Ts still running today than any other automobile from the same era.
