Rey, I had never thought of it that way but now that you mention it, it did feel like I was standing there with Royalty!
I've always been a bit afraid of horses but I can tell you, they were all so friendly at this Ranch/Petting zoo. My heart has changed about it.

Sister, these horses totally made me have second thoughts about how they might be able to be wonderful pets and friends to have. I felt instantly connected to every horse that came up to the fence. One snuggled up to me. It was precious! I felt his sweet heart against mine when he laid his head across me and nudged!
I'll share more of them in this thread later. :)

(Gina, Kalena is "Karen" in Hawaiian! And Karen, Gina lived in Hawaii for a while since her hubby is an Army Chaplin!! Oh and Gina, Karen loves men in ~uniform~ so if you know any great guys in the service from MEMPHIS Kalena is available! HeeHee...)

I am not a horse person because my Sister got bit in the foot by one as a kid but now being grown up, when I am around them, I am curious about them.
Kiki tells me that horses are wonderful and that they totally have personalities and can be very loving and a best friend like any dog or kitty can be. So I see horses in a new light.
This horse was so very beautiful and so very cute and funny and FRIENDLY that I was really taken in by him/her. It was a very special horse to me.
