Southern California's been experiencing the humidity of Hawaii the past couple of days. I'd read somewhere that it creates wonderful sunsets, so I gave it a try this evening. Hope you like the results.

OMG!! Look at those clouds and sunset colors!
Amazing image, Mary. Simply amazing with those colors and the beautiful silhouettes.

Funny you mention Hawaii because that was my first thought that this was from Hawaii.

And it's so strange, isn't it. Some people have started growing grapes for wine here in Denmark. That would have been impossible 10 years or so ago.

Was in the Marines and lived in Southern Cali for a few years after I got out. Beaches and sunrises and sunsets there are always a special treat. But you show that the view can be gorgeous and spectacular right in the neighborhood. I love that silhouetted palm tree and then that dazzling, beautiful, dramatic sky. Gorgeous colors.
