Dead Tree
Description: I took this image yesterday. It looks like a winter image because the tree is dead. Actually the sky was very cloudy but the clouds and the tree fought for attention so I had to lighten the background and add a texture layer to obscure the clouds and draw attention to the shape of the tree. Broke the rules by centering the subject and lowering the horizon.
