Eagle Over Snoqualmie River

Uploaded: October 12, 2005

Description

ISO 400, f/13, 1/25 sec, Canon 100-400 lens at 260 mm, handheld, panned. This was a unique situation - driving home, the eagle was on a gravel bar by the river below road level. I pulled off and snuck into position to get some tripod shots - he saw me and flew. Dropped the tripod, focused and panned as best I could; only got two quick shots. Cropped in PS.
