Gold and Amber

Description

There was a beautiful sunset in Port Orford last night, above the lake and sea, with glowing amber sunbeams peeking through the many breaks in the gold-rimmed clouds, as seagulls soared and swooped over the beach. And only the sounds of crashing waves and calling of shorebirds could be heard.

Quote of the Day: Exhaust the little moment. Soon it dies. And be it gash or gold it will not come, Again in this identical guise. ~Gwendolyn Brooks
