Thank you, Mary Beth and Linda. This is a great place to take photos. One of my first effort with serious nighttime photography. I did do some toneming on a few of my images from this shoot but this one was processed normally in Lightroom, PS.and a tad of Vivesa. I like the editing almost a much as taking the images. I was I had done some true three image HDR but I was cold and it never even crossed my mind to do so. Hindsight is always 20/20.

Right now I can,t even get to Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, CO--but can see the fire plumes rising against Pikes. I hope we don't lose GoG --we are dangerously close to the fires and usually I have a great view of Pikes Peak from my front porch but over the last couple of days can,t even see the peak at all for all the smoke. It almost seems wrong to photograph any of this but I have. Last night the bright sun was behing a fire cloud and it was amazing. Haven't posted anything just yet. #10201103
