Struggle At The Top

Uploaded: June 02, 2012 17:21:52

Description

At the top of Clingman's Dome, in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, a lot of the evergreen trees have died, and more are still dying. I have heard it is partially due to acid rain, and partly from some kind of beetles. It would be a sad thing to lose all the trees on this mountain and possibly beyond. f16, 1/60 second, ISO 160, 60mm.

Exif: F Number: 16, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/60 seconds, Flash: reserved, ISO: 160, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 60.00 mm, Model: E-3

Phillip,

Nice composition, beautiful colors
I particularly like the different shades of the blueish mountains against the yellow sky

Great
