Description

This week I decided to go to a local monument to the Duke of Wellington on his horse Copenhagen that he rode at the battle of Waterloo I shot this wide image from the bottom of round hill so that it would give some idea of the huge proportions of this statue which is 30 feet high(without the plinth) 26 feet from copenhagens nose to tail and 22feet 8inches in girth and it weighed in at 40 tons when cast.
