Positively stunning, Patrick, with fabulous light, color, focus and detail! Tulips are just made for back-lighting, aren't they?? Truly lovely. What lens(es) are you using with your new 60D? #10148395

Patrick Rouzes level-classic May 24, 2012

Thank you everyone!
Martha, I know nothing about lenses yet b/c this is my first SLR. The lens I have came with the camera. Not even sure how to describe a lens. I see : EFS 18-135mm on the lens. Is that waht you mean? #10148519

Mike Clime May 24, 2012

Beautiful capture, nice light and colors, Patrick! #10148556

Emile Abbott level-deluxe May 24, 2012

Patrick you are getting sharp images from your 18-135 lens. That gives you a good range for most work. A 1.4X or 2.0X is the cheapest way to extend that range up to double. You will later want to get a telephoto lens and there are many Canon, Tamron, Sigma that are excellent. The canons lens are the most expensive and usually the best but many of the more budget minded one are also very sharp and good. Enjoy the SLR it will widen your world. #10148581

FERNANDA KINGSLEY-THOMAS May 24, 2012

Patrick the colour and clarity is amazing. You make me laugh when you say you know nothing about lens. You are getting beautiful pictures. How are you dealing with with the camera? I suppose the principal you applied with your G9 could be used for this camera. Do you read the manual or you just follow your intuition? Sorry about all these questions. I think you are fantastic. #10148772
