Description

My image yesterday showed the alcove in the Library of Congress Reading Room that leads to the area housing the original card catalog.
Thousands of drawers hold millions of cards; a single aisle (of several dozen) is shown. I opened several drawers for this close-up wide-angle view.

I would love to see this place in person some day. Amazing image Chris and even more creative with the placement of your logo. It looks like it's been burned into the wood. Very cool. #10108718

Thank you all very much! I'm already planning on going back the next time (Columbus Day) they allow the public to walk through and photograph the main reading room. #10109699
