Description

The Marriott Ranch in Hume, Va., is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains. In addition to being a working ranch, the Inn at Fairfield Farm on the property is an historic bed and breakfast that's open to the public. This was taken just outside the inn on a sunny day in early November. Sunny day here - hope your day is filled with sunshine too!

NOW YOUR TALKIN WIDE OPEN SPACES in rural Va.
Love this view & the fence shadow is WAY COOL.
Seems I remember you or Jack Posting a shot of this place quite a while back ??? Or is whats left of my mind fooling w/me again ???

Getting some HEAVY RAIN right now but its Florida & could be SUNSHINE & HEAT in ten minutes.

The arc of the fenceline and shadow is so nice here, Monnie, and unexpected. It leads us right into that long vista to the distant mountains. After some pretty bizarre summer like record-breaking temperatures here, it's now more early spring like and chilly, gray, and rainy. #10079835
