location is palos verdes california. the original image was actually shot in afternoon..there was quite a bit of light ,so in photoshop i darkened the image and adjusted the hue and saturation to give it a dusk look...the reason for doing this is i wanted to keep details that would have been lost if i would have actually waiting until darkness...but again i wanted that dark look. also i added the light beam .. shot woth canon d60 / canon ef28-70mm 2.8L
