Under The Knife
Uploaded: March 16, 2012
I spent a few hours at Lahaina Harbor this afternoon. What an interesting place, a hubbub of activity.
You can pay to go deep sea fishing and when you come back they will fillet it for you and give you cooking instructions.
This is MahiMahi, usually the Catch of the Day in Maui restaurants.

What a great perspective this is, the story is about the fish filleting, not the person who is doing it. I like how the rail separates the rest of the man from the scene - great job, Heather! #10042108Mike Clime March 19, 2012
Nice capture and looks like it is time for some sashimi, Heather! The Banyan tree there is amazing. #10044987Emile Abbott March 21, 2012
