Thanks for the suggestion David, I left it this way intentially. I want the road to lead the eye towards the back of the image. I will crop and see what ti looks like #10039077

Nice composition and lighting of a beautiful scene, Art. As a future variation you might try a similar image from the right side of the road to get the road coming out of the lower left corner of the image. I'm not sure it would improve it, but it would be interesting to compare them. #10040045

Everytime I visit Joshua Tree National Park I drive on the 18 mile Geology Tour Road and always find somthing interesting to photograph.
