ASKing the QUESTIONS

Description

----
Yesterday I posted a photo of a little girl exercising in the playground, just before what was to be a MARATHON "Scholastic Scrimmage"-like competition in Fishtown, USA (a neighborhood in Philadelphia). The competition went from 3:30 to 10 pm.
-----
I was there, again as backup photographer, with our photo club's organizer, who is also a News Photographer in Philly. His assignment was to get shots of the celebrity attendees, the District Attorney, Seth Williams, and the Philly Phanatic, who opened the proceedings.
----
We stayed a little longer to watch the competition get under way. During that period, Bill engaged some kids in answering practice questions that he somehow pulled "out of his hat." The kids just about ate him up.
---
Then he volunteered to be an "official" question asker/scorer. Here is is, absolutely in his element.
