Fan Palm Tree

Description

I believe nature has the most interesting elements of design. This fan palm tree has such perfect weaving of its leaves creating a lovely repeating pattern.

I'm with you, nature sure does weave a fine line!! Apparently, these palms grow east to west, so it doesn't matter how you plant them, they will turn themselves around to meet that point!! Fascinating! I love the different contrasting colours these palms present as well! (We call them travellers palms here) #1445566

I think you've done an excellent job finding this pretty natural design, Heather. What I'm finding is that tropical growth is so wild and so extensive that it's difficult to sort out coherent pieces of it photographically. I applaud you for doing that here so well. #10002782

Wonderful range of colors, Heather, and a superb closeup of the textures. You're right about Nature's designs, too. Man can only copy them. #10015057
