Michelle, to produce the water reflection, I fumbled around in PhotoShop CS2: First, I used the Liquify tool (which I was having a tough time with). Then, I stretched the water part out using the Transform>Warp tool. Next, I added Motion Blur. I then shaded and shaped the area where the "water" meets the land.
(The sky was not PS'd--- really awesome clouds emerged from the long exposure and fisheye lens!)
