---
Actually, this is Rich Housel, a saxaphonist in the four-piece jazz band that provided the entertainment for the Grand Opening of the new headquarters of "PhillyCam," Philadelphia's first Public Access TV Station Wednesday night.
---
The brand new headquarters in Center City houses two television studios, public meeting spaces, computer labs and equipment that may be checked out for public use by local residents.
---
The station has been operating since the fall of 2009 (from temporary space) and has steadily been increasing its program offerings.
----
Earlier in the day, the young organization was joined by Mayor Michael Nutter, to celebrate the grand opening of its new home.
---
The celebration was a Meet-up venue for the Delaware Valley Photo Friends.
