thank you Julie. Enjoyed your gallery and noticed the shot "Proud". The day before this was shot, I was at a pow wow in our area. Looking forward to the next one. #9946956

Thanks Liz. Just had another look through your gallery and had such a good time. Had a bit of a giggle over "into the mist" and "out of the mist" Nice combo. #9948343

Thank you Carolyn. Was brousing through your gallery again and came upon your trip to Phoenix. My daughter is moving near there next week so will be visiting of course. Any recommended places not to miss? #9950324

Definitely go to Sedona . . . . .and spend time there . ... there is just so much to see and take back roads and things when you can.

The botanical gardens in Phoenix are interesting and nice to see at least once. Haven't had a chance to go to the Downtown area for the architecture yet . . next visit. Go to Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West . . . quite amazing actually . . . go to the Phoenician and stroll around the grounds . . for at least half a day . . amazing grounds and lots of sculptures honouring the Native Americans. The ice cream shoppe has great food . . there is also a great place to have a formal tea . .. if you are interested in that kind of thing . . your daughter will love it. The inside of the hotel is spectacular and great for photos.

I haven't put up a gallery on Phoenix yet . . haven't had time . . .but should do so. Give the Wrigley mansion a miss . . the grounds are ok and the view is good, but the inside is really nothing special. The Biltmore is interesting as well, but from a photography point of view, the Phoenician is better.

That is a good start. #9950464
