Strut'in Peacock Feather
Description: This is a special effect entry. This is my first 'official' special effect entry--so all comments welcome!!! :o) I layed the peacock feather on a scrapbook paper in order to get the colorful background. The flow of the peacock feather was a result of zooming with a one second shutter speed.
